Requify is an AI-powered requirements engineering platform designed to help teams generate, manage, and validate software requirements specifications (SRS) and hardware requirements specifications (HRS) with speed and precision.
Requify includes outline templates for IEEE 830, ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148, ISO 26262, IEC 62304, DO-178C, the EU Cyber Resilience Act, GDPR impact assessments, ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and Automotive SPICE, and you can define your own document types. The outlines give your documents a structure organised around each standard's topics. They are not the standards themselves and do not make a product compliant.
Describe your project in plain text and the AI drafts a document outline with sections. In the editor, an assistant answers questions about your document, checks wording, translates text and suggests links between requirements. AI features use prepaid tokens (the Professional plan includes a monthly allowance). The text you submit is processed by the AI provider of your workspace: DeepSeek by default (processed in China), or Mistral AI, hosted in the EU, if an owner or admin switches the workspace to the EU region. See the privacy policy.
Yes. The free plan exports PDF. The Professional plan adds Word, Excel and HTML, and you can exchange requirements with other tools as ReqIF files (import is free, export is part of Professional).
Data is sent over HTTPS, access is controlled by roles, and important actions are recorded in audit logs. You can export or delete your data in Settings. AI features send the text you submit to the AI provider of your workspace (see 'How does the AI generation work?' and the privacy policy for where it is processed).
The Starter plan is free with no time limit: 1 project, PDF export and up to 2 members. AI features also work on it with prepaid tokens.
